Finals week finishing up next week.
Still need to take my comp. government final, compsci, criminology, English finals. If I do well at them, I'm looking at a slick row of Cs/Bs for grades this semester, which is actually pretty bad compared to how I've done before.
English course can run a bit longer. I have until June 05 to finish everything up regarding that course. I've gotten a couple people that can look over my paperwork to make sure that it's free of error. I'm not a great writer, so the help is practically required considering the last F I got on my last unit due to my carelessness. :X
Atleast I've proved to myself that I can multitask school & work with a relativitely packed schedule.
As far as my plans go concerning school, I've decided to take the debt-free road and take my associates degree for the time being. That means I wrap up in winter session this year. Taking 2 courses(6 cred) this summer, taking 5 more(1515 cred) in the fall, and taking a final of 1-2 more courses in the winter... and I'm finished with my associates in Criminal Justice. After that, gain employment in NJ/NY state in the police force(impossible without an associates), then after completing training I can make a decision on which college I'll be rolling with, and finish my bachelors -> masters.
This gives me more leverage with my finances in the time being, and keeps me out of a possibly dangerous debt road in the future. Can't really fuck with this stuff considering the economy-- I wouldn't have even thought twice about this were it two years prior.
Finally worked out a solution with my gimped license. Should everything go well next week, I'll finally have a flawless one instead of an incorrect one. Sucks that I won't be 21 anymore, but it never helped me out much the way it was before... lmao. Following that, I'm leasing a 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 AMG with my dad helping me with cosign + any needed loans. So that will all be done in around two weeks.
Signed up for Pol Science 201 & 202 for summer semester. Operations stuff, extra knowledge, required credentials, etc. Should be interesting~ I won't be starting any of it until later in July. Gives me a free month to flex some stuff out and hang out with people that I haven't seen in forever. :}
Last week Friday was hilarious at work. LMAO. Love those days where you can sit back, relax, talk trash on the radio and have an early leave due to hour restrictions. Been talking to Kevin about advancement within the company still, economy needs to recover grr.
Got a 94% on my macroeconomics final too. Shocking...
